Rash on my arm, very uncomfortable, had been treated with Chinese herbs in the past for Lichen Planus, an autoimmune disorder and was cured. Felt hopeful that I could get help at this clinic. Stephen Kim obviouslty didn't want to speak to me, didn't even really look at my arm, told me to go to health food store and get aloe vera and apply and drink. Very unfriendly. I was devastated because I really thought he would be helpful.
